Inside Coaching - Real Talk, Shared Insights, and Ethical Reflection

Inside Coaching - Real Talk, Shared Insights, and Ethical Reflection

Open to coaches who’ve engaged with NZIC in mentoring, supervision, coach training, or Under the Spotlight sessions.

Inside Coaching offers a supportive space for honest, meaningful conversations grounded in real-world experience - not just theory.

Each session dives into coaching themes and questions that matter - real challenges, shared learning, and ethical reflections. Whether we’re exploring ethical grey areas, naming the hard stuff, or learning from each other’s insights, these conversations are here to support the real practice of coaching.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Connect and build your network with fellow coaches
  • Reflect on your coaching practice in a safe, respectful space
  • Share insights and learn from real-life experiences
  • Gain fresh perspectives to support your ongoing development

November Session - Self-Doubt as a Coach: When the Inner Critic Shows Up

Exploring how the inner critic shows up, shapes our coaching, and how we can respond with curiosity and compassion instead of judgement.

Some of the questions we’ll explore together:

  • How and when does self-doubt or your inner critic show up for you as a coach?
  • What stories surface when self-doubt creeps in?
  • How do comparisons with other coaches affect your confidence and your coaching presence?
  • Has your inner critic ever helped you notice something important?

There's no cost to attend - just bring your willingness to engage and explore.

Date: Wednesday 26th November

Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: Zoom

Registration: Please email anna@nzicoaching.co.nz to secure your spot.
