Refund policy
Cancellations Policy
At NZIC, we value both our clients’ time and our coaches’ availability. To ensure fairness and consistency, we ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of coaching, mentoring or supervision sessions.
We understand that unexpected emergencies or circumstances may arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate genuine situations.
Please note: If a client cancels or misses sessions more than once without sufficient notice, NZIC reserves the right to charge for the missed session(s) or consider them forfeited. This policy helps us maintain availability for all clients and respect the time of our coaches.
Refunds and Withdrawal Policy for the Coaching for Transformation Program
Notice must be given in writing to anna@nzicoaching.co.nz to withdraw from the program.
- Within the six weeks prior to the program start date a refund will be paid less a withdrawal fee of $200.
- Within the four weeks prior to the program start date a refund will be paid less a withdrawal fee of $400.
- After Day One of the program a refund will be paid on a pro-rata basis (calculated on equal value for each day) for the remaining days of the program, less a withdrawal fee of $2000.
- Students who do not attend the program for more than two scheduled days without making contact may be withdrawn from the program in which case a refund will be paid on a pro-rata basis (calculated on equal value for each day) for the remaining days of the program, less a non-attendance/withdrawal fee of $2000.
- In the case of a student being dismissed from the program a refund will be paid on a pro-rata basis (calculated on equal value for each day) for the remaining days of the program, less a dismissal fee of $1000.
- No further coach training materials or resources will be available to the student once a withdrawal or dismissal is made.
- The student will not receive a Certificate if they withdraw or are dismissed from the program.
Refunds and Withdrawal Policy for all other Courses / Workshops
Notice must be given in writing to anna@nzicoaching.co.nz to withdraw from the course/workshop.
- Within the seven days prior to the course/workshop start date a refund will be paid less a withdrawal fee of 20% of the course/workshop investment.
- Within the three days prior to the course/workshop start date a refund will be paid less a withdrawal fee of 50% of the course/workshop investment.
- No refunds are given after the first day of attendance of the course/workshop.
- No further materials or resources will be available to the participant once a withdrawal is made.
- The participant will not receive a certificate if they withdraw from a course/workshop.
- Participants are welcome to participate in the same course/workshop when/if another is held, and approval is given from the Director of Education.

Participants who fail to attend or participate in the course/workshop may be withdrawn from the course/workshop in which case no refund is given.
Transfer In Credit Policy
At this time NZIC is not able to accept partial course credit from other organisations or programs. Even if you have completed previous coach education, you must enroll for the entirety of the Level 1 program.
